To provide you with the best experience, our app requests certain essential permissions and data:

• Photos and Storage: We require this permission to allow you to select and upload videos and images of properties for processing. We do not access any files other than the ones you explicitly select.
• Location Data: We request access to your location only when you initiate it, to fetch property coordinates and generate map animations.
• Basic Information: We collect your email, name, and profile picture upon registration to create and manage your account.

2. Use and Sharing of Data

Your data is used strictly to provide video creation services and process payments. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share necessary data with trusted service providers (e.g., Firebase for authentication and database, Stripe for payments) solely to operate the app.

3. Data Security and Retention

We take your data security seriously. All data (including account information and media) is transmitted and stored using secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS). We retain your data as long as your account is active to provide our services.

4. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 18 depending on your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately.

5. Account and Data Deletion

In compliance with privacy requirements, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated data. You can do this in two ways:

• Inside the App: Go to Settings > Profile > Delete Account Permanently.
• Via Web / Email: You can request data deletion by emailing us at support@bytronex.com. We will process and delete your data within 7 business days.
